Welcome to Inclusive Minds Tutoring. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products provided by Inclusive Minds Tutoring ("we," "our," or "us"). 1. Services Provided
Inclusive Minds Tutoring specialises in bespoke tutoring solutions for children of all ages and abilities. We offer:
-
1-to-1 tutoring sessions
-
Outdoor learning opportunities

Tailored educational resources
Our services are designed with inclusivity and individual needs at the core. Sessions are typically conducted online unless otherwise specified.
2. Booking & Assessment
All prospective clients must complete an initial enquiry form via our website. A complimentary initial assessment will then be scheduled to evaluate student needs, determine appropriate tutor matching, and outline a recommended learning path. Bookings are confirmed only once the assessment is complete and availability is confirmed.
3. Fees & Payment
Session fees are set based on the type and duration of the session, generally ranging from £40 to £76 per session. Payment is required in advance, either on a per-session basis or as part of a prepaid package. All payments must be made through our approved payment platform.
4. Scheduling, Rescheduling, & Cancellations
-
Clients may reschedule or cancel a session without penalty up to 24 hours in advance.
-
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged at full rate.
-
Tutors may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case alternative dates or full refunds will be offered.
5. Refund Policy
-
Refunds for prepaid packages are only provided under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.
-
Dissatisfaction with a session must be reported within 72 hours for us to consider a partial or full refund.
6. Tutor Assignment
We strive to maintain tutor continuity; however, changes may occur due to availability, scheduling conflicts, or performance reviews. We will notify you promptly of any necessary changes.
7. Code of Conduct
Students, parents, and guardians are expected to maintain respectful communication and behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate services for any conduct deemed inappropriate, discriminatory, or disruptive.
8. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, custom resources, and website content remain the intellectual property of Inclusive Minds Tutoring and may not be reproduced or redistributed without explicit written consent.
